What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with customers via phone and provide expert support.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a high-quality customer experience and represent the company professionally.
- Perform data entry across various platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent English speakers (C1 level minimum).
- Graduates, gap year students, or dropouts.
- Residents of Cairo or Alexandria (mandatory nesting period from our premises: 4–8 weeks).
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in English call centers is a plus.
